Caitlin has been working with Pacific Quorum Vancouver Island Properties since 2018. She started as a receptionist and quickly made her way up in the company to the accounting department, where she is now a strata bookkeeper. Caitlin uses her free time to make music, and hangout with her adorable nephew and amazing family!

Cassie has worked in the Property Management industry for over 10 years, almost 5 of them licensed on Vancouver Island. She loves the outdoors, entertaining, and exploring the island with her family. She has 2 cats and is an expert hula hooper!

Strata Manager
Dino was born in Bosnia and Hercegovina, Studied Marketing, worked on a Cruise Ship until 2010 when he moved to Canada. Prince George was home up until 2021 when he moved to Campbell River and started working with Pacific Quorum Vancouver Island Properties. Dino loves traveling but does not like camping or packing, loves animals, and cannot talk in the morning before having coffee.
Dino is experienced in the industry, where he was introduced to it as a condo owner and eventually volunteered on his Strata Council for 5 years before obtaining his license as a Strata Agent. Dino is a strong believer that learning is a constant that we need to embrace, and not knowing the answer to every question is nothing to be ashamed of.
Property Administrator
Emma joined Pacific Quorum Vancouver Island Properties at the end of 2021 after completing her Bachelor of Business Degree. She is currently studying Strata Management through the UBC Sauder School of Business with the goal of becoming a licensed agent. Emma has a lengthy background in the service industry and strongly believes in “killing them with kindness”. When Emma isn’t at work, she can often be found at the soccer field cheering on her 5 kids… correction, 4 kids and husband.

Manager - Accounting Services
Heather moved to the island with her family in 2010 to join the family property management business. Her current position with Pacific Quorum Vancouver Island Properties is Manager of Accounting Services. When not at work, she enjoys cooking, travelling, and exploring all of the beauty that Vancouver Island has to offer.
Property Accountant
Janet is originally from Calgary and moved to the island in 1972. She has worked as a bookkeeper in the retail and travel industry bringing over 15 years of experience. She joined the Pacific Quorum Vancouver Island Properties team in March 2021 as a Strata Bookkeeper. Her pastimes include travelling, gardening, and decorating. She enjoys spending time with her husband and two adult children and their chihuahua Mike. During the summer you can find her spending time at Cameron Lake swimming and kayaking.
Manager - Administrative Services
Kelly is originally from Victoria and moved to Parksville in 2011. In 2012 started working for The Kerr Group and has been fortunate enough to continue and assist with growing the company. She is a devoted dog mom and loves animals!

Kristyn is Pacific Quorum Vancouver Island Properties’ newest team member, she has known most of us for years and everyone at Pacific Quorum Vancouver Island Properties could not be happier to have her. She has grown up on Vancouver Island starting in Bamfield and then moving to Qualicum Beach in 2006 some of you might recognize Kristyn (Krissy for all those that know her) from local Sam’s Sushi. Kristyn and her fiancé enjoy fishing, ATVing, Camping, entertaining in her home in Qualicum Beach and being the best Aunty and Uncle in town.

Krystle has been with Pacific Quorum Vancouver Island Properties for over a year and is working towards obtaining her Strata Management license. Krystle is a mother of 2 girls, which keeps her busy when they aren’t travelling or enjoying the beaches or mountains.
Property Accountant
Lorien is new at Pacific Quorum Vancouver Island Properties and is quickly catching on in the Accounting department as a Strata Bookkeeper. She grew up on Salt Spring Island and Vancouver Island and has been living in the Oceanside area for many years now.
Lorien loves exploring the island, reading and coffee.
She is a devoted and proud Mom of a most amazing child.

Branch Manager - Victoria
Melissa joined our Victoria office as the Branch Manager in Jan 2022. She has 8 years as a Licensed Rental Property Manager in Vancouver. She is experienced in short term luxury rentals, rental buildings and individual suite management. Melissa is an avid scuba diver, kayaker and overall ocean lover.
Strata Manager
Rebecca has been with Pacific Quorum Vancouver Island Properties since 2017 and successfully completed the Licensed Strata Management course in 2019 through UBC’s Sauder School of Business. When Rebecca is not keeping busy with work you can find her enjoying campfires with her family, relaxing at the beach, attempting to walk her cats on a leash (without success) or exploring the outdoors on her ATV.
Born and raised on Vancouver Island, Shelley has worked for Pacific Quorum Vancouver Island Properties (formerly The Kerr Group) for over 8 years in the Strata Management department. Outside of the Brokers she is the longest licensed agent on staff! In her spare time Shelley enjoys crafting and being outdoors and she will always keep you guessing, working between any one of our three offices.
